Regulamin zajęć grupowych
1. Lesson Organization
Lessons are conducted online, via the platform indicated by the Client.
The School provides a dedicated meeting link and access to the tools necessary to run the lessons.
Groups consist of 3 to 6 people. The minimum group size is 3. If the number of participants decreases, the School will propose an alternative group for the Students, or the course will be converted into individual lessons.
2. Technical and Organizational Requirements
Participation in lessons requires a stable audio-video connection and the use of a headset.
Lessons should take place in conditions conducive to learning - without excessive noise and without the presence of third parties.
Participation in lessons requires the camera to be turned on for the entire duration of the meeting.
Participants are prohibited from recording audio and/or video.
Lessons are not recorded by teachers for later sharing, except for training purposes - and only after obtaining the participants' consent.
A School representative (supervisor) may take part in the lesson in order to monitor teaching quality.
All teaching materials made available during the course are for personal use only and may not be copied or distributed without the School's written consent.
The course is delivered on behalf of the Client, who covers its cost. The Client's representative has full visibility into the course, including attendance, progress, and information provided by the teacher.
3. Cancellations and Absences
Lessons cannot be made up in other groups.
Rescheduling a lesson at the request of a single participant is not possible, unless the whole group and the teacher jointly agree on a new time (e.g., around holidays or long weekends).
If a Student is absent, the lesson materials will be made available on the lesson board for them to catch up on independently.
In the event of the teacher's absence, the School will provide a substitute teacher or arrange a new lesson time after obtaining the agreement of the majority of the group.
For group courses, a Student's planned longer absence (e.g., vacation, sick leave) does not affect the schedule or continuation of the lessons - the course continues according to the agreed schedule. Lessons cannot be suspended or rescheduled for a single participant. Lesson materials will be available on the course board.
In the event of a longer absence (e.g., vacation, sick leave), the Student should inform the HR department.
4. Summaries and Reports
Periodically, the Students and the teacher prepare a course summary together during the lesson. The results are recorded on the lesson board.
A progress report is prepared every semester and sent to the Students and to the course coordinator on the Client's side.
The School reserves the right not to issue a report for a Student whose attendance was below 75%.
5. Communication
The Student is responsible for making sure they receive email messages from the School.
If no messages are received, please contact the School at: hello@mellowmonday.pl.
Any comments regarding the course should be reported by email to the supervisor - each matter reported will be reviewed individually.
6. Course Cancellation (Withdrawal)
Withdrawing from the course requires written notice with a one-month notice period, sent to: hello@mellowmonday.pl.
The withdrawal takes effect at the end of the next billing period.
